Christmas 2006 in Manitoba Part I

We had a busy Christmas travelling to Manitoba. This year we flew instead of driving, but it was still a bit of a trip. The trip started at 03:30 when we had to get up to make the flight. Then we travelled Calgary-->Winnipeg-->Glenboro-->Brandon-->Glenboro-->Dauphin-->Brandon-->Winnipeg-->Calgary in nine days. We had very good weather and had a great visit with everyone.

First stop was Grandma's for a big Christmas dinnery. Her sister Alice also there from Carberry.

According to my count there was 29 people there for dinner.

The main room was full and we overflowed into the living room. I really enjoy Christmas dinner at Grandma's and love seeing everyone get together like this.

Mom even made Grandma's famous Christmas pudding for desert.

The overflow room...nice to see Melissa again. We were only missing a few people.

Once things quietened down the next day Great-Grandma got to play with Ceili.
